1942 We started To porterville this morning & got into Fresno Bought a car a 39 Mercury (Ford) It seems Nice came back home Tonight

1943 I have Been Busy all Day cleaned Trailor & ironed walked up Town. Daddy worked Days Tearing out rig & we went To Bed early.
