1942 Dad worked evening tour Bud came over I was so glad. Charlsie came with him He is going to Alaska I guess

1943 Sunday. We had left over fried chicken Marie went out To Dinner with Mable Veronica Julia & To show

1944 Tuesday Nice Day I washed & ironed some of my things Marie came by & we took her home
