1942 – Monday Bob & Dad Day lights this week. Made apple pie & had supper ready went to San Louis came home Bud went to show.

1943 – Marie came by again & Daddy worked Days. I went To post office with Mrs Legan. We Both feel Better I think

1944 – Dad went To work at 10 Oclock home at 6 & we went To show Marie went with us. we are excited about Bud coming home.
